Il faut dire qu’ici c’est vraiment le climat qui signe la qualité du vin : les brumes matinales et les après-midis ensoleillés favorisent le développement du Botrytis Cinerea, cette pourriture noble qui confit les baies de raisins et concentre les sucres.

De ce fait, le raisin doit être méticuleusement ramassé à la main en tries successives à sur-maturité lorsque la peau des baies devient violacée et que leur pulpe se transforme en confiture dorée.  Hummmm ! 😋

Trois cépages donnent aux vins de l’AOC saveur, tonicité et caractère : le Sémillon (80%), le Sauvignon (15%) et la Muscadelle (5%). Ils apportent finesse, fraîcheur élégante et douceur. Cette combinaison unique en France, donne au vin blanc doux sa couleur or, sa richesse aromatique et sa longueur en bouche.

En plus de partager un moment de convivialité en famille ou entre amis, cette escapade gourmande vous permettra également, à l’approche des fêtes de fin d’année,  d’élaborer votre menu de réveillon en découvrant des idées de recettes, et de réaliser vos premiers achats. Pour nous c’est un incontournable et toujours un super moment avec de belles découvertes !
